1. The Company reserves the right to "No Refund Policy" for all reservations.

2. The Company reserves the right to "No Cancellation Policy" for all reservations. However, the client can change cruising date within 30 days following the first scheduled cruising date. Any changes in cruising date must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cruising date. The cruising date cannot be changed to Loy Krathong's Day, New Tear's Eve, and New Year's Day.

3. In case of any causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeures, natural disasters, change of orders or regulations of the government, Bangkok Governor, or Marine Department, the fluctuation of water level of the Chao Phraya river or canals, the client can change cruising date within 30 days following the first cruising date. The cruising date cannot be changed to Loy Krathong's Day, New Tear's Eve, and New Year's Day.

4. The client must be responsible for all costs incurred for the preparation involving the first cruising date such as food and beverages, decoration, and other expenses that exceeds the amount paid to the Company.
